RDP Sessions

Ctrl+Alt+Del
in the RDP session run on-screen keyboard (osk.exe) and hold Ctrl+Alt and click Delete- Alternatively, press Shift 5 times and only enable sticky keys on the RDP session and press Ctrl, Alt and then Delete
Ctrl+Alt+Home
, escape out of RDP window back to client machine; it actually activates the connection bar, which has the effect of escaping the keyboard/mouse from the remote machine; this is handy to break out of the remote machine and do something like bring up task switcher on the local machine
